and welcome! My name is Gary Steele and I am the owner
of GS Custom Homes.

I have been associated with the Building Industry
since 1971. From 1971-1986 I have built over 1500
homes in the Puget Sound area In 1987 I started GS
Construction Services, specializing
in Custom Homes on your lot. Over 200 homes have been
built, with this concept, from 1987-2005.
The
Construction Management Service offers the homeowner
the same cost savings as an owner-builder program,
with the owner being in total control. We have put
together a team of sub contractors and suppliers,
who have very competitive prices, and are superior
in quality workmanship. GS
does not mark-up the costs of labor and materials,
but passes on that savings to the buyer. Since we
have low overhead and do a volume of homes, there
is a substantial savings to the homeowner. The homeowner
will contract directly with the sub contractor and
suppliers, and pay them monthly from the construction
draw.
We
offer a design service with a local Architect, or
will manage the construction of your plan. GS
is extremely flexible, allowing the homeowner to be
involved with all phases of design and construction.
GS is
ready to spend the time required, to get your home
built to your specifications, efficiently, and within
the budget.
